  The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my husband not knowing what to expect and we were both pleasantly surprised. We needed to cut some smaller limbs and the regular chainsaw seemed a bit much so I ordered this and a few days later it arrived. It fits the hand nicely and easily cut through 1-3 inch limbs in our yard as well as 2x4’s. It will cut some larger limbs with added effort. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and a replacement chain so he had everything he needed to do the job. I would give it 3 thumbs up if I had an extra hand.

  I needed to do some small cuttings and bought this. Works very well for small items. You won't cut down big trees but small items are easy. Battery life is good and cleanup is easy. Price is very good.

  I was afraid to open the box because I have never used a chainsaw before ( middle-aged woman). I finally got brave, opened the box, read the instructions carefully, went outside away from anything alive or fragile, and gave it a shot. The batteries came already charged - nice! The chainsaw was very powerful, not too loud, not too heavy, and pretty easy to use. It cuts quickly and easily through 1-3” branches of small trees. Now I can trim too-large shrubs and small trees myself! I have only used it once so I don’t know about durability or battery life, but it came with two batteries, and seems easy enough to charge with the included charging cord. It also includes a spare chain. Good value.

  This chain saw is a very good buy. It cuts well and saves alot of work. Easy to use and gets the job done. The chain needs adjusting frequently until broke in.

  Worked well but died after a big job. My husband used it for a bigger kid than he possibly should have…. He took out a Tree of Heaven in the front…. For years used and maintenance it is great…. Get a chain saw for big jobs… lol. It got the job done on this one big project, though!!

  I am a female who is strong, but not well conditioned enough to haul my 6 foot battery operated 18V Ryobi Pole Saw around without my hands, fingers, and for arms cramping up while trying to elevate the heavy one end to reach the limb that needs to be brought down. I was so disappointed in that product as I was forced to watch the tree growth go thru the next growth phase ….unadultered. Until a prime day sale came along and I made the plunge and commuted to buying this handheld electric chainsaw. And This bad boy… is worth every red cent which was still only half the cost of the pole saw. Surprisingly it can cut thru up to 5-6 inch diameter limbs if you take your time and do it right. The battery. Last quite a while and it comes with 2! It also has a replacement chainsaw and tightening tool. Now… I can hold myself up on the ladder and saw with the other for those really tricky areas that are hard to reach or maneuver around. My hands and arms don’t get tired, crampy, or spastic even with prolonged use of this item. But the pole saw… I wouldn’t usually last make than. 10 sad minutes without feeling the pain in my upper extremities. I believe in this product so much that I bought two
