  Nice little grinder/knife sharpener. I chose this one over the others because of the angle of the belt sander and the open area to use the grinder wheel and polishing wheel. When you take the grinder wheel and the polishing wheel off, you have all open work space to do your project on the belt sander. Where the other ones I looked at on this site, didn't have that advantage.The motor isn't that strong but with a little bit of patience, you can get around that problem. When using the grinding wheel, it vibrated so much that I had to use a "C" clamp to securer it to my work bench.I used the belt sander to put a little slighter angle to my knife. I was surprised to see how well it worked. I will still have a 15 degree angle on it but I'm really happy with this little machine. It could certainly use a bigger motor with more power, not speed.

  Very Simple design. Materials seem good out the box, quality control seems to be lacking. The top pulleys screw/mounting rod came slightly bent causing the belt to want to run off the right side of the machine when running in direction towards the grinding plate. Overall a cool, small portable machine that will do good for small crafts

  Looks well made but it originally powered on for only one second. Couldn't get it to work.Requested a refund which I received. Manufacturer then told me to jiggle & press home the power cord into the power adapter. Voila! Steady power.I was able to sharpen 7 Solingen knives in under a minute each. And I mean sharp — slicing a tomato with the easiest of pressure. Wow! So much better than my knife sharpening whetstone as well as things you drag your knife through repeatedly.Finally, my life has sharp knives that whenever needed can be sharpened in a jiffy with the slightest of ease.

  Workmanship and customer support poor. Amazon did respond to complaint and refunded money spent on this. Good for Amazon! But quality control and statement of where items are manufactured should be clearly stated on product page.

  The photos show a very versatile machine for grinding, sanding, polishing, and more. Constructed of 404 stainless sheet metal and ball-bearing pullies. Unfortunately, even at the slowest speed, this thing had an ungodly vibration. It came with a sanding belt mounted, and with the belt removed, it still vibrated. Manual rotation of the motor shaft found a flat position, most likely due to a bad bearing. there were no instructions or any documentation included, including any warranty information. All of this makes me believe that this is a returned/recycled product.

  The media could not be loaded. I have been making dentures at have self learned from utube the only problem I was having was polishing them up and now I have finally got the right machine to polish them up. It small which was what I was looking for it quieter them the dremail tool I have been using so far I'm loving it would recommend
