  I had one of those laundry line poles in my back yard that I needed gone. It was taking up space and I didn't want to build a trash can enclosure around it. I looked up what kind of saw I would need to cut it down and went to researching.I found this set and it was just what I needed. I feel that there are things you can do yourself and not have to pay someone to do it. My son and I were able to use the miter saw and took about 40 minutes or so and we had cut through it.There is still a stub left but we plan on building a floor over it for our trash can enclosure.The instructions were clear on how to use the equipment. Easy for a lefty (I'm ambidextrous and my son's a lefty) and I appreciate the storage bag. I have all my tools on a shelf so thr bag is awesome.

  So I went online to look for batteries for my old saw. Well what I found was the batteries not only were hard to find but expensive. During my search I came across this set that was 20v and came with not 1 but 2 saws for a fraction of the price. I used it for the first time and it cut right through everything without issues. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace or find new saws.

  Had this product for 7 months. Very seldom use it since it's a niche tool. Tried using it today, starts and stops. Tried it on the other tool, circular saw, same-starts and stops after 5 sec. Sometimes does not even start. My assumption was the battery since the same symptoms on both tools, identical. Very disappointed with the life of the tool in general.I took a chance and wrote to customer service via email. I was surprised at the prompt response. They asked to have a video sent with specifics to determine the issue and I did. Within a day, they responded back saying it was the battery. Within 3 days of CS determining the issue, I had a replacement battery delivered, no charge.Cost of the combo tools were really not expensive compared to some name brands. But if I am going to get the customer support and they stand by their product, I will continuously pay less for the product and service. Very very happy with customer service.

  I bought the circler saw alone then saw the set and buying together cost less so returned saw itself. I might need the circler saw for paneling but never know so having reciprocal saw could help for few bucks more. Just a homer user so expensive tools aren't necessary not going to need them much. Battery was powered up and when installing both saws work so I'll see how well they work when & if needed. The carrying bag is pretty neat it's devided so each tool has it's own compartment and has 2 big pockets inside for accessories.

  Love using these so far, but isn't there some way to have the Galax Pro manufacturer just send me the missing rip guide?Amazon says I'd have to return the whole combo kit for a replacement (and what if it's missing again, or some other accessories that didn't make it into the packaging? Hoping for a reasonable missing part response from the company, since Amazon doesn't offer parts other than blades....
