  This KIMO 20 Volt lithium ion cordless blower/vacuum (QM-6001)was delivered, and then immediately put to use. Three people tried it and were impressed with its power and effectiveness. It came already charged. The charging unit has a red light on when charging and a green light to signal a fully charged battery. After plugged into the charger, the battery has a sequence of lights (red, yellow, green, blue) which scan, flashing repeatedly in decreased colors until the blue light stops blinking. The red light on the charger then goes out, the green light comes on to indicates a charged battery, and you're ready to go!!! The nozzle has some flex to it, rather than being hard plastic. It locks into place easily after pushed on with a slight clockwise twist. The unit with nozzle and battery weighs a little less than 3 pounds. The button depresses easily, and enables the unit to run as long as the button remains depressed, with the air volume increasing to max when the button is fully depressed (so a variable speed). The blower/vac. turns off when the button is released. The unit isn’t too loud when running and doesn’t have an annoying high-pitched sound. It’s convenient for small clean-up jobs, and would be particularly so if handled by smaller or less strong persons. It comes with its own storage bag, and has 2 vacuum bags that can emptied and then re-used. I purchased this blower/vac. mainly to clear our porch of leaves and debris, but will use it for our back patio and for car vacuuming also. The front porch of our new house is closed in on 2 sides, and then further back by the front door is closed in on 3 sides. Leaves, garden mulch, flower petals, grass clippings, dirt from homes being built around us, small rocks, and other things tend to blow into our porch and get trapped there. To keep the porch clean I'd found myself sweeping it daily, and on windy days more than once. We have a large, electrical blower which my husband uses during grass-cutting days and for his bigger jobs. That one has to be hooked up to a weighty extension cord to use, and anyway, that larger unit is too heavy and cumbersome for me to use regularly, or even occasionally. With this little KIMO blower/vac. I easily blow everything off of our porch, across the driveway, and into the garden bed. It’s lightweight, powerful for its size, and easy to use and store-----just grab and go!! This KIMO blower/vac meets my needs perfectly. I’m so happy that I saw it on Amazon and bought it!UPDATE 01/07/22 Still going strong! I use it every 10 or so days to blow leaves and other debris from the front porch, and to blow bits of debris out of our garage. After potting it comes in handy to blow away dropped soil. During this past summer I regularly used it on the back patio after grass-cutting. During the past year this little tool has become my not-so-new best friend!!

  This lightweight, cordless weed blower is amazing. I purchased this to replace my older, Toro corded weed blower that stopped working. Being partially disabled, I wanted to purchase a new machine that I could use to clean my garage and exterior grounds without having to worry about dragging a power cord with me. I was concerned about the strength of a battery powered blower, along with the longevity of the battery life. I took a chance on this Kimo blower because Amazon would allow a return if I was displeased. Well, no worries about that. I have been using this blower for over 4 months. It performs flawlessly, has ample power to clean leaves, bugs, small twigs, and even small stones. The battery has indicator lights to show power storage and recharges rapidly. Running time for me has exceeded 30 minutes and easily approaches 45 minutes if not running full blast. Another great feature is the variable speed trigger that allows getting into tight corners without getting blasted with flying debris. For its size, this little machine packs a wallop. A bonus is that it comes with a small bag that attaches to the output tube of the machine and By disconnecting the extension tube and coupling it to the suction side, it turns into a mini-vacuum, great for small cleanups without blowing any dust around. A great buy, at a great price. I strongly recommend this lightweight, lithium battery, powered leaf blower.

  This is a pretty nifty small, lightweight blower. It weights very little, and comes with two (2) batteries so one can switch to the second if the first runs out of power. It also has a neat feature that allows one to turn the blower into a vacuum by switching the funnel cone's location. This is handy for picking up light debris, and comes with a small leaf bag. (Note: I would not try to use this as a "shop vac" or try to suction water or wet items). Great, lightweight blower!

  I was shocked as to how tiny this is. My cordless Dyson stick vacuum cleaner is larger than this. I started reading other reviews and was going to send it back w/o even trying it, but then I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving it a review just based on the size.So, I ran it with the battery fresh out of the box and it lasted just a couple of minutes. So, I charged it. It “fully charged” in less than 10-minutes, which I am NOT used to. I ran it again and it only ran for less than 5-minutes, so, I charged it again. Again, it only took minutes to charge. This can’t be for the battery capacity; something’s not right. I ran it again and got another 5-minutes of use. Just to blow out my 2.5-car garage it took me two charges. I have to be able to work more than 3-5 minutes at a time, and I didn’t even get to try it on anything but dust.The attachments are short so unless you’re short you have to bend to get the max out of the power.I didn’t even charge it again. It’s back in the box and ready to go back. The bag for the vacuum is tiny so I didn’t even try that.I bought it as a Prime Day special, but the sale price is now showing as the regular price. There’s no way I would pay full-price for this item. I think if it were twenty-five dollars I’d keep it, but it’s certainly not even worth the sale price I paid. Small item with a big price. Beware.

  The media could not be loaded. This works great for every day use of basic leaf blowing. It does not replace a heavy duty corded blower at all but is much more convenient. I am very petite so appreciate that it’s super light weight. I use it nearly daily to blow off my pavers, rocks, artificial grass and occasionally leaves off the mulch. I have a fairly good size yard but definitely go through the battery each day. The battery has a handy button you push to see how much charge is remaining, as you don’t want to run it into the ground.Pros - very lightweight and easy to use, easy to charge and remove and replace the battery.Cons - only effective on the highest power and even then not heavy duty at all, battery life is not enormous.So, as long as you understand what you’re getting this is a great product! I have not yet tested the vacuum.

  At first when this arrived, it came in a small box. The box was about the size of an "banker's box" of files. I was shocked that a leaf blower would fit in it.... then I opened the box, only to reveal an even smaller box... smaller than a shoebox. I thought it was impossible for the leaf blower I purchased to fit in it.... however, there it was. It is small, but obviously smaller when you remove the black hose like tube on the end. It came with two tubes, and two bags for "dust collection". I don't think I would ever use this device for a vacuum, but I kept the bags anyway. Some people received a carry bag, but I received two collection bags which would fit over the "exhaust" end, and almost use as a leaf blower in reverse.I intended on using this device around our in-ground pool to blow away the sand that the kids track in from the sandbox which was ingeniously located right next to the pool...... I found that it was the perfect size, as I didn't need to grab our large and loud back-pack leaf blower. I loved it, and the battery last for a long time! It seems pretty quick to charge, but I never really had to use it right away when it wasn't charged.As far as power, it is pretty powerful. It won't blow you away or anything, but it does take care of larger messes than I thought.I read through the instruction manual, and noticed that somewhere in there it mentions "Makita" which is a reputable tool company. I am not sure if this is made by that company, but I swear it said something about Makita products referring to this unit.I actually keep this in my car and found many uses for it. I have a multitude of blow up toys (for the kids)... I have a blow up pool, a giant 6 foot ball, some rafts, etc. The blower actually fits perfect in to the larger "Boston" valve on the bigger blow up items, and with some creative engineering, I can get it to blow up the smaller valves as well.I have even used it in my home to blow dust and pet hair off the floor and couch. Yeah it sounds crazy, but if you buy one, you will do it too! You can use it to clean off work spaces in the garage, or to blow out your car's interior, or the bed of the pickup truck, or under the bed liner. I get too much enjoyment from this little tool. :)It is so small, that on my birthday, we had family over, and of course they had gotten me a cake. I was by the pool, in my suit and wrapped in a towel, so after they sang the obligatory "Happy Birthday", I whipped this baby out from under my towel and blew out the candles with it. (You are probably thinking that I could be 600 pounds, so that is not impressive, but I am 5 ft 2 in, and 120 pounds).First impression: What the ?????.... Oh I am so returning this.....First Use: Wow, this is pretty cool... better than expected.. maybe I will keep it...Now : You'd better pry this from my cold dead fingers.....Can't live without it.

  I purchased this product with high hopes of finding a versatile tool that could efficiently clear my balcony of leaves and double as a reliable outdoor vacuum. While this leaf blower excels at its primary function of blowing leaves, I must admit that its performance as a vacuum leaves much to be desired (no pun intended).Let's start with the positives. As a leaf blower, this tool is outstanding. For such a small product, it boasts an impressive blowing power that effortlessly tackles piles of leaves, bird seed, and debris. It is not very heavy to hold, and the cordless feature is fantastic.However, when it comes to the vacuuming function, this leaf blower falls short. While it does have a vacuuming mode, it struggles to effectively collect and contain the debris. The suction power is noticeably weaker than dedicated vacuums, resulting in a less efficient cleaning process. It often requires multiple passes over the same area to gather the debris, and even then, it tends to leave behind some residual leaves or small debris.Moreover, the collection bag capacity is limited and not very functional. There needs to be an easy to clean lining, rather than the cloth bag that currently exists. The design of the vacuum attachment could also be improved, as once it is attached, you have to hold the blower to the side and at a weird angle to vacuum.It is worth noting that the leaf blower itself is well-built and durable, constructed with quality materials that ensure longevity and reliability. However, I do not like you have to hold down the button with your finger the entire time you want it to work. There is no on and off switch; in order to use the device, you must continually hold down the button. When you remove your finger from the button, the device powers off.In conclusion, if you are primarily looking for a leaf blower that can swiftly clear your yard/porch/balcony of leaves and debris, this product performs admirably. However, if you also seek a reliable vacuum function, it may not meet your expectations. If leaf blowing is your main priority, this tool will serve you well, but for efficient vacuuming, it may be worth considering a dedicated leaf vacuum for optimal results.

The product itself seems to work as promised (although I’ve only been using it frequently for about a month). I really “want” this blower to work bc it’s powerful, lightweight, versatile and small in size. The price point also gives a solution without making a huge investment like other electric blowers on the market.I don’t think my issues below have been resolved ALTHOUGH KIMO Tools eventually contacted me to resolve my problem based on my review of their product. It took several months after 1st identifying the issue.I live in a condo (where storage is minimal) so having a compact tool is a bonus. I use for blowing clean garage, driveway, lanai, front entrance. I also use to “blow dry” my cars and power toys. The powerful blower makes it a breeze. It also helps remove water where it typically sits and corrodes/rusts the vehicle. It’s definitely a time saver!*** original review ***The idea of a light weight, high power blower. The PROBLEM is that with minor usage, the product became defective. Because it was past the Amazon “return” policy, Amazon couldn’t help (lots of customer service resistance). KIMO Tools contact information and website doesn’t work to get a warranty return/replacement/refund. It took a lot of discussions with Amazon and Amazon forcefully contacting KIMO Tools to get a replacement.I would NOT recommend this product bc of product quality, KIMO Tools lack of customer service and responsiveness including the hoops you have to go through with Amazon to get help.

  Ok, so upon opening the big Amazon box, there was a much smaller box inside that was well packaged.This blower is Very Small! My initial thought was, this thing won’t be worth a hooey. I put it together, put the battery on it & pulled the trigger… I’m shook! Seriously, for something so small, it sure is MIGHTY! Blew the leaves off of my porches with Ease!!! I love it because it’s so lightweight and easy to handle! (My husband has one of those backpack blowers and it’s way too big and complicated for my liking!) This is perfect!In a couple months I’ll do a follow up review once I have a better sense of quality and durability)

  Product originally arrived and had a rattling noise inside while the blower was off. Blower appeared to work normally but I was concerned about the longevity given the rattling.Customer service did not answer my email, so I called 72hrs after and the customer service rep was very helpful. The same day, I received an email asking for a video and proof of purchase. Kimo sent a new unit.Blower has decent power and works for my needs (cleaning apartment balcony and walkway to apartment door). Haven’t found a use for speeds 1-2 as my needs require speed 3. Have yet to test drying capability for car wash.On speed 3, the battery lasted about 10 minutes so it is very convenient that it comes with 2 batteries. You can hear when the battery is starting to die.Have not tried the vacuum but I did not purchase for this feature.Would rate 5 stars but the replacement unit that was sent appears to have a faulty trigger. On speed 1, the blower intensity increases the harder I squeeze the trigger. The original blower I received outputs the same power no matter how hard the trigger is squeezed. QC is questionable but otherwise very happy with blower.
