  I read alot of the reviews and the main complaint was the blower isn't so strong (true) and the battery doesn't last too long (haven't had mine go out yet). I ordered it because it is cordless, and most importantly doesn't weigh a lot. I've used it twice since receiving it, and on high speed it does okay - it will never replace an electric or gas powered engine, but it is sufficient for small jobs. So total minutes used is probably about 20 or so, and the battery is still charged. For me it's fine, but I think if you have a really big yard and lots and lots of leaves it might not be the solution. Construction seems good.

  It's good for little projects like blowing off my driveway or back deck but other than that it's just not strong enough. I have to keep switching the batteries back and forth in the charger to charge them. Thank goodness it has two batteries.

Around 20 minutes of continuous use. Lightweight and easy to use. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the charger and they replaced it immediately. I definitely recommend it for cleaning up your patios etc.

  Amazon showed free returns returns on this product. One of the blower tubes cracked, so I packed up to return. Return label said no returns to Amazon because of lithium ion batteries. Spoke with Amazon Customer Service. Rep confirmed product was not returnable. I stated the website said free returns, and product was unusable due to cracked blower tube. Rep agreed to refund amount paid, and told me to keep the product. I have made attempts to contact Lazyboi to get a replacement tube. No response!!Don’t purchase this product. It’s made of very cheap, flimsy plastic, has very little blow power, and there’s no customer service from seller.Update. Amazon still gets 1 star for stating free returns, but not true. Lazyboi gets 5 stars for customer service. Earlier I stated that they didn’t reply to my email requesting a new blower tube. In fact, they did respond, but the response went to my spam folder. Bad on me for not checking! In the end, they weren’t able to send a replacement tube. Instead, they sent a whole new leaf blower!!! Now, that’s good customer service. I appreciate their follow up and willingness to make a happy customer. Thanks Lazyboi!!!!
